When you send an enquiry, the website collects your name, email address, enquiry type, selected service (if provided), and the role or project details you enter. Your enquiry is stored in the website’s Elementor submissions database and emailed to Bilal’s Gmail inbox so he can respond. Please do not include passwords, payment-card information or sensitive personal information in your enquiry.
Technical information and security
Website hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP addresses, request times, browser and device information, and error or security logs to operate the website and prevent abuse. Cloudflare Turnstile is used on the contact form to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated spam. It processes technical browser, device and network signals for this security purpose. How long information is kept
Unsuccessful enquiries stored in WordPress and Gmail are reviewed after 12 months and deleted unless they are needed for ongoing discussions, work, dispute resolution or applicable record-keeping obligations. Correspondence relating to agreed work is retained only as needed for those purposes. Retention of technical information and backups depends on the provider and the operational purpose, including security, recovery and applicable record-keeping needs.
